The Hangover Soup

 

Products:

  1. 4 Potato, 1 Carrot
  2. 1 Polish Sausage, 1 Jar of Sauerkraut
  3. 1 little veggie broth, 2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  4. Onion and garlic powder ,salt pepper allspice and marjoram leaves       

Chop potatoes ,carrots and sausage for small pieces.  Add 1 cup of water to potatoes. Pour Sauerkraut trough the strainer and add 1 cup of water to the strainer. Drain sauerkraut and now you have only a sauerkraut water. Cook potatoes and carrots for 10 minutes.  Fry sausage for crispy brown color without any grease. Meantime add broth to the cooking potatoes. Smash mix potatoes and carrots to fine creamy condition.  When sausage is done add them and sauerkraut water to potatoes mixture. 


Now add 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1/4 tsp of allspice. Finally,  add 1/2 cup of heavy cream, salt, pepper and sugar to taste. In a last touch add 3 tsp of marjoram. Stir.
