Chicken Cheese Pasta
Products :
- Chicken tenders and cheeses: Mozzarella, Pepper jack, Cheder
- Olive oil, lemon, fresh parsley, salt & pepper, hot paprika, onion and garlic powder, poultry seasoning
Season chicken tenders with salt & pepper, garlic & onion powder, hot paprika & poultry seasoning, season all sides, set aside.
Prepare cheese sauce. To the 1/4 cup of boiling water put 1 cube of veggie broth then add 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Add shredded cheeses 1/2 lbs of each one. Stir and let them cook on low heat until reduce to smooth sauce. Cook al dente Fettuccini pasta.
On a 2 tsp of olive oil fry chicken tenders, both sides. When done, add cheese sauce. Then fresh parsley, stir. Add lemon juice and lemon zest. Add Fettuccini pasta, stir. And serve.
