Chicken Liver with Onions &  Apples

 

Products:

  1.  1 onion, 3 sour apples
  2. Potatoes, 1 cup of milk
  3.  Salt & Pepper, marjoram
  4.  2 pack of chicken liver

 First You need to clean chicken liver.  Cut all white links what You can see and cut liver in half.  Then pour 1 cup of milk into the bowl with livers.

Cut onion into 1/2 inch pieces,  peel and slice apple into thin crescents,  then cut potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces.  Boil them into salted water until almost cooked. Then transfer them to baking tray and bake potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil. Bake them for about 10 minutes in 400 F.

 Strain chicken liver from the milk.  In the first pan start frying onions in two tablespoons of olive oil. In the second pan fry chicken liver also on two tablespoons of olive oil. Stir them gently.

 Fry and salt onion on the other pan, for about 5 minutes,  then add apples. Mix them well with onions.

 On the other pan keep stirring chicken liver gently until water evaporates,  then put them in a pan with onions and apples.

 Meantime mix potato and switch oven to broil position,  until you will reach golden and crunchy potatoes.

 Season chicken liver with 2 tbsp marjoram, salt and pepper. Mix gently and let them cook for another few minutes.  

 Serve them mandatory with pickles or plus or  instead with pickled beets.
