Chicken Shish Kebab with brown rice spaghetti squash and kale

 

Products list:

  1. two chicken breasts
  2. Bunch of Kale
  3. one onion
  4. one red or green pepper
  5. two cloves of garlic
  6. one butter squash 
  7. Olive oil
  8. salt& pepper, chili paprika,sage,coriander,garlic powder and onion powder


Before You start You need to prepare chicken at least 2 h before but it is much better when you do it 24 h before serve. Cut Chicken Breast for 1 inch cubes prepare and prepare seasoning: 
1/2 tsp salt , chili paprika, sage, ground coriander, garlic powder, onion powder and 2 tbsp olive oil mix all seasoning with chicken cover and leave in a freezer.


Cut kale, onion and pepper for 1 inch pieces, chop garlic and start cooking brown rice. Peel, clean and cut squash for 1/2 inch cubes. Prepare chicken sticks, toss chicken pieces, peppers and onion alternately on the sticks and set them aside.

All ingredients are ready so 
fry onion in 2 tbsp olive oil, add garlic and squash. Put kale into boiling water for 1 minute,
transfer kale in the pan with onion. Stir and continue cooking over low heat. Put the chicken sticks on the grill or dry frying pan, turning over several times. Brush with olive oil few times and keep turning over. In the end  cover with inverted pan, until they are done. To cooking kale add ½ tsp vinegar and ½ tsp agave syrup, stir.


Serve with brown rice and Gypsy Sauce on the side.
