Chinese Style Beef & Noodles

Products :

  1. 1/2 lbs skirt stake, 1 shallot 4 oz shiitake mushrooms, 1 carrot
  2. 1 pack of lo or chow mein noodles, 1 stick of celery, some soy sprouts
  3. olive oil, 4 oz bamboo shoots 1 tbsp Chinese 5 spices seasoning
  4. 1 tsp of fish sauce, soy sauce, 1 tsp of sriracha and white vinegar

Prepare soy sprouts and thin cut shallot, celery and carrot. Cut beef into thin sticks. Mix with 5 spices seasoning and start frying on 2 tbsp of olive oil. Fry on high heat constantly stirring about 3 to 4 minutes, then remove  from pan, set aside. 

On the same pan fry mushrooms, 3 to 4 minutes, keep stirring. Add carrot & onion. After another 2 minutes bamboo & celery. Season with fish and soy sauce. Add sriracha sauce and vinegar, keep stirring. Add beef then mix all ingredients. Then add cooked lo or chow mein, still keep stirring.

Finally add soy sprouts. Mix and serve.
