Mahi Mahi Salad 

Products :

  1. Mahi Mahi filet, Spring Mix Salad, Iceberg lettuce, shallots, tomatillo
  2. Garlic, avocado,  microgreens and cilantro,
  3. Salt & pepper , olive oil, soy sauce
  4. Butter, white vinegar, honey,  white pepper, chili paste, Parmesan cheese

Season Mahi Mahi filets with salt & pepper plus white pepper, both sides. Fry them on olive oil adding butter and garlic, 3 minutes both sides. Then remove them and put on baking try and put to the oven on 350F for 10 minutes. 

Clean and slice tomatillo, do the same with shallots. Then fry tomatillo and shallots on the same fat as a fish. After 2 minutes of frying,  remove them from the pan and dry with paper towel. 

Prepare avocado cubes. It is time to prepare soy sauce vinaigrette. mixing: 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 tsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp chili paste. 

On a plate make a bed from some  mix spring  and iceberg salad,  add avocado and some microgreens.  Pour soy vinaigrette sauce. Put a Mahi Mahi filet over the salad. Put tomatillo – onion mixture  and add some cilantro, Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
