Shrimp Cheese Pasta

Products :

  1. Shrimps ( cooked ), cheeses: Mozzarella, pepper jack, cheddar
  2. Olive oil, lemon, fresh parsley, salt & pepper, onion & garlic powder

Prepare cheese sauce. To the boiling 1/4 cup of water add 1 cube of veggie broth, 1/4 cup of heavy cream, Add all shredded cheeses, 1/2 lbs of each one. Stir and let them cook on low heat, until achieve smooth sauce. Cook al dente Fettuccini pasta.

On a 1 tsp of olive oil fry shrimps. Add juice from whole lemon. Then cheese sauce, next fresh parsley and 1/2 tsp of  garlic & onion powder. Then lemon zest, stir. Add Fettuccini pasta. Stir and serve.
