Turkey Buckwheat Soup  

Products :

  1. Turkey wings, buckwheat
  2. 1 stick of leek, 1 carrot, 1 parsnip, 1 onion, 2 celery sticks,4 potatoes,
  3. few wild mushrooms, mustard, salt & pepper, nutmeg, allspice
  4. Garlic powder, hot paprika, Maggie sauce 

Prepare and clean all veggies, cut potatoes into ½ inch pieces, leave in a water. Into pressure cooker pot pour 1 gallon of water, put turkey wings,  add salt. Then add all veggies, cover and cook for 45 minutes. After this time remove all veggies and meat, separate them. 

To the cooking broth add 1/2 cup of buckwheat, add cut potatoes with water and wild mushrooms,  keep cooking. Meantime using fork,  smash cooked carrot and parsnip, then separate cooked meat from bones and skins, chop for smaller pieces. Put it back to the pot, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.

After this time uncover pot, add cooked veggies and start seasoning the soup with salt, pepper and 2 tsp of mustard, 1tsp of dry parsley, garlic powder, hot paprika, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg, allspice and Maggie.  Stir and serve.
